Join us for a 10-month (1 weekend/month) yoga journey that dives into the ancient teachings of this practice, learning to safely create and lead yoga classes!
Not only will this training provide you with a strong foundation to teach a variety of styles of yoga, but it will also assist you with personal healing and discovery by helping you to integrate the yogic teachings into your daily life.

Dates for KYTT Summer/Winter 2023/24:
Saturdays: 9:30am - 4:30pm
Sundays: 9:30am - 4:30pm
Each class will include asanas, teach backs and feedback.
Each class will give students the opportunity to ask questions and teach postures (with feedback)
*If you need to attend class remotely, Yoga Alliance has authorized ZOOM Classes for KYTT
In other Words, we can do it!
If you miss a weekend, we offer a free make-up weekend with next training session.
