Karuna Yoga Is Special​!             

  The Sanskrit word Karuna is used in Hinduism and Buddhism. It means any action taken to diminish the suffering of oneself and others.         
It can also be translated to mean "compassionate action". Karuna is not a system or a style of yoga but an acronym utilized to cover all of the information required by Yoga Alliance, the Certifying Authority.​

Karuna Yoga Teacher Training stands out amongst other programs because it is a lasting foundational methodology for teaching yoga that draws on Hatha and Vinyasa styles as well as Iyengar alignment principles.
