A NEW Perspective: Balancing Yin and Yang! Balancing Yin and Yang helps balance Mind, Body, Spirit. We'll take the power of Yin Yoga to another level using muscles (Yang) to invite ALL Yin elements (joints, fascia, tissue, body organs...) to participate in the process of balancing mind, body and spirit. Then, we'll revitalize the flow of energy in the meridians by applying gentle pressure on the points of Yin meridians while holding Yin postures allowing return to refreshed wholeness, relaxation and balanced lightness!
